If you are new to paying your tithes and offerings online please click here for a step-by-step explanation of how to set up your account and pay online. If you choose to pay through a checking or savings account you will need to provide your bank routing number and your account number.
If you have not set up an account, follow the Instructions below to get started:
You can enter the Adventist Giving online tithe and offering site two ways. You can click the link here, www.adventistgiving.com (if you are using the link, please skip to step 3) or put in Adventist Giving into a search engine such as Google, Yahoo or Bing. When you click or find the site through the search engine you will see the word, Loading and the site looks like the image below.
If you chose to enter the site through Google, Yahoo or Bing to get started you will have to enter our church, Oakland Elmhurst Seventh-Day Adventist Church in the search bar. It looks like the image below.
After you enter Oakland Elmhurst Seventh-Day Adventist Church or you click the link you will see this page. From here you can choose to make a one-time donation or a reoccurring donation. (Donation options are listed above Tithe to the right corner)
You need to enter your username and password. If you haven't set up an account yet, you can choose the sign up option to create one before proceeding.
Once logged in, you can choose to make a reoccurring donation. If you choose this option you must choose how often you would like to donate, the repeat interval and when you would like the donation to begin.
After choosing which type of donation, you can then fill out the Tithe and offering portion of the form with the amount you want to pay. You will then be asked for a credit card number or the routing number and bank account number if you have chosen to pay by check. When the transaction is complete you will be sent a confirmation email and can download a receipt of the transaction for your records. If you choose not to download the receipt you will still be sent a copy of your giving from the treasury department at the end of the year.
